The SDM Residence Life Duty Portal helps authorized staff submit availability, view assignments, complete enabled duty logs and rounds, and route notifications. Access follows the staff member’s role and assigned buildings. The public view contains only the released duty calendar.
Google Apps Script runs the app; Google Sheets stores operational records; Google mail services deliver notifications and PIN recovery. The deploying account’s Google email identifies administrative actions. Staff sign in with email and a portal PIN, without granting access to personal Google files or inboxes.
