The SDM Residence Life Budget Portal helps authorized staff review assigned budgets, submit and review purchase requests, record purchases, manage check requests, and export reports. Accounts and actions follow assigned access.
Google Apps Script runs the app; Google Sheets stores budget and workflow records; Google mail services deliver operational messages and PIN recovery. The deploying account’s Google email identifies administrative actions. Excel exports use a working spreadsheet and Google’s export service; the app attempts to clear the working copy afterward.
Staff use email and a portal PIN without granting access to personal Google files or inboxes.
